Crohn’s sufferer turns illness into business after making fashionable COLOSTOMY bags 

A woman with Crohn’s disease creates fashionable colostomy and ileostomy bags.

A young woman who sufferers from Crohn’s disease has managed to turn her illness into a money making scheme by creating fashionable colostomy and ileostomy bags.

Creative Nakisha Brown was forced to have her entire bowel removed last month after her condition got so bad.

Instead of getting down, Nakisha, 23, from Llanbradach, Caerphilly, decided she wanted to wear what she liked without worrying about her surgical bag peeping out so she started making her own covers.

According to Wales Online , the idea proved such a hit on social media the former care worker has launched a business selling the covers online.

Within days of launching she had orders from Scotland and Wales with the idea getting more than dozens of likes on Facebook and medics and patients posting messages of support.
